Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Camp County Released Inmates. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

Camp County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. It helps visitors locate inmate and jail-record resources in Camp County and Texas, but is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services.

Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site with no authority over any public office. It stores no official custody record and cannot confirm a person's status, release someone, file a request, or submit court documents.

Its pages point visitors toward Camp County Sheriff, TDCJ, supervision offices, federal systems, and outside research tools that may be relevant to a released-inmate question.

Acceptable Use

  • Obey all applicable laws when using the site.
  • Do not use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
  • Do not rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions.
  • Do not seek unauthorized access to the site or its connected systems.
  • Do not deploy bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
  • Do not interfere with availability or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Camp County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report, and neither it nor its advertising partners provides screening services. By continuing, a visitor agrees not to use site information for:

  • hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision;
  • tenant selection or housing eligibility;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

External Links

Links may lead to Camp release records, Sheriff or corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid material, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. This site is not responsible for a destination's content, data practices, terms, prices, or uptime, which visitors should review independently.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information will be accurate, complete, current, continuously available, free of errors or security weaknesses, or that a partner search will be exhaustive.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. No page is an official statement from Camp County Sheriff, TDCJ, a court, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its operators, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside link.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Material

Unless otherwise identified, the site's original text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Camp County Released Inmates or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Texas Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent required to make it enforceable.
